Title: AVCX MCF.PHP Remote File Include Vulnerability

Severity: HIGH

Description:

Advanced Clan Script (AVCX) is a content manager implemented in PHP.

The application is prone to a remote file-include vulnerability because it fails to sufficiently sanitize user-supplied input to the 'content' parameter of the 'mcf.php' script.

An attacker can exploit this issue to have malicious PHP code execute in the context of the webserver process. This may allow the attacker to compromise the application and the underlying system; other attacks are also possible.

AVCX 3.4 and earlier versions are vulnerable to this issue.

Affected Products:

  • AVCX AVCX 3.4
